Bid -- auction

This may have been answered already but ...
Sept 6th bids open , Sept 10th maybe auction. 
So when do us nervous shareholders find out if all is lost or we get our minds blown with huge amounts of money  ? Or is it all hush ,hush until all lawsuits are filed ?

The way it is setup is an auction  There is only one way there is not an auction, is if there are zero bids that are not higher than the stinky horse. The stinky is a bidder, the reserve bid if you like.  If any bid exceeds the stinky by stinky costs plus a million, then it goes to auction. wrong again Kent.... the SH will get a chance to negotiate price after the sealed bids are opened, but before auction.... basically they get first crack.... reason being is everybuddy already know there bid...  once again 2 the woodshed you go
