It only goes to auction
If there are multiple competing high bids that are received. What range do competing bids have to be from one another to constitute competitive? 50 million, 100million, 500 million? I have no clue.
But if 1 bid outbids the 2nd highest bid by $1Billion, I believe the debtors will choose that bid and not go to auction.
The big unknown is what range do bids need to be from one another to constitute competitive...
The bid notification is Sept. 9. That's when we will know if the court docs are not sealed about this. September 10th in evening if there is an auction.

Any bid that surpases the sh + sh cost + 1m is a competing bid.

Some true, some not Been into ncu since quite a bit before you started pisting on it. Not much, just play money. An intersting play Tko, yes, still in. Like playing long, even when i play short it often ends up being long. Diversify, but within what i know. Although, must say, there was a good bit of low hanging fruit before they stopped trading....
