Nevada Copper Corp > SH bid, sue, not

SH bid, sue, not

Patch, have no idea where you get your idea that the sh might sue.

SH by default is a qualified bidder.
They cannot be blocked from bidding, if there is bidding.

There are only two ways there is no bidding
1/ nobody outbids SH, in which case SH is high bidder, they get the property.

2/ there are other qualified bids, all of which to be qualified MUST outbid SH. (Exception clause)
But nobody actually bids once it goes to auction.
Since SH is a qualified bidder at auction, and they choose not to bid, no lawsuit.

Unless you have actual information to the contrary, your guessing that SH will sue is baseless.

All in the bidding rules.

Not hard to figure out ( unless your brain is wired like the rodent in Ice Age)

Yah. I do not worry to much. I think it may have been suggested that sh never put up a break fee or bond which would likely disqualify them from benefits of sh. Some thoughts on moelis. They will make about 10 or 20 million by end of Aug. on expenses alone. But there main gig is 2% of sale. Another 20 million would mean 1 billion sale. I am not thinking they signed on thinking that low. Nf

We should have a poll. High qualifying bid from sept 6. High auction bid from the 10th. Allowance for  1/ low objective guess 2/ reasonable objective guess 3/ wishful possible thinking guess KW

Question if the number of shares outstanding are the 1400 million shares listed, presumably including warrants, or some lesser number of shares, if some of the warrants are no good for some reason. Mostly just figure a dollar a share, or $1.4b for bid. Then $1.50 final or around $2.1b. Figure Alcoa Aluminum is only worth around $9b, so how much can a hole in the ground that likes to fill with ...more

1.43 Billion shares @ $2 each would evaluate Nevada Copper similat to Filo Corp with received an offer at 2.9 Billion USD. Think bigger - Filo Corp is in the Andes in middle of nowhere with no permits or the same ease of access to water and electricity as Nevada Copper. It's also in the USA
