Open to the public on Monday.  Bids have likely all been in for a few days so evaluations are likely complete. However, today is still open I believe. It would be nice if someone threw a simple in of 10 billion cash less debt. 

Hopefully someone gets the bids to publish on here before Tues.

It's not a coincidence that the bid deadline and time is set just before the weekend. Most bids will be submitted this week or today. This is ensures the secrecy of the bid and prevents any bid leaks from getting to other potential bidders that will still have time to revise their bid before submitting... There most likely will be a big team working tirelessly going through bid submissions

That's a really good question and beyond my scope of imagination on who could submit such an offer and for how much... When I saw Filo Corp receive an offer for nearly 3Billion USD, that gave me alot of comfort in this current upcoming transaction with Nevada Copper. The interesting part though is that this is a competitive bidding process. What the debtors will need to pay attention to is

Doket 541  - Reno BR Judge Signed this..  extends until sept 20th objections. otw - the SH cannot entoer into a Bidd..  no bidd.. no bond - no bidd... NV Power has a kV Line on that substation - bak to the main power grid/across the state. myself..  i think the mine has been sold.  counterparties do not need to enter into a race gate -2- start flopping around -w- 2
