A shiny dollar says it's a big fat zero...
...for the commons. That has been my consistent experience in similar situations. That's the price we pay for speculative investments. I have a few that did very well (Ivanhoe Mines for one), but those have been in the minority. It's generally best to not bet what you can't afford to lose. I'll eat a mere $5k in this debacle, small potatoes in the grand scheme of things, and far less than some other investments.

I would agree with that assessment on those properties. I have never considered investing in them. Ph total different. Nf

You may be right Contra, but pebble is a very poor comparison, as it is not only not permitted, but fully blocked. This one is easy to develope with the capital. KW
