The OP has 791 million tonnes at 0.41% Cu.  

Anyone can buy this property and can literally mothball the UG ...

Permitted , let alone the mill.

Doesnt matter whats in the ground, what matters is what someone is willing to pay for it. Your most potential for gain is in the smaller leveraged operation, if they can pull it off. A total failure is always an option, and if uour not prepared to lose all, you shouldn't be in the market with these types of stocks. Starting ip a mine is the biggest risk.
