creditors since day one hav been attempting to force a C-11..  there will B a barrage of sewer feet climbing out w baggs FOS...  but it looks like its getting down to state N federal.  the judge has signed off somewhere that cohnterclaims can B filed until late Dec 2025.  sealed parties until around 2024 and Dec - Trascripts released..  all of the main line super law firms

Patch  -  I've took a picture of your post and read it a dozen times.  Well after all that I still am not sure if the SH won the bid or Not . Was it a scam? How much longer do we shareholders have to wait to see what the outcome is  ? I appreciate you posting since you are in the area and try to give us some information even though it's tough to read . I know I lost all

u didnt get scamed.., u mafe a bad investment, thats on u... ncu gave lots of warning on issues and lack of money.... u ignored that.... u cant regulate stupidity.... lern and move on

TSH has eseen this also..  there is some skimpy info in the epiks,,  its legacy and barely disclosed due to the summs applied to the principal... The auction was cancled..  the bidding is still open reading the epiks,, what brought this up.. on the epiks on two filings..  there were 7 bidders blacked out and the next one only had 5 blacked out,  or two that were removed
