60 million USD Sale

Is the approximate amount left over from the "transaction" when we deduct DIP loan+interest+KEIP Fees and Moelis's commission. Buyer assumes "certain" liabilities, contracts and payments to creditors. What's the difference between a liability and creditor? Is someone smoking weed at the firm making these Press Releases? I need some of that weed...

Anywho, that "sale" transaction is less than the May 2023 offering/ophering...and less than the 64 million USD debt that Pala converted to equity back in July 2023 with the "exorcism" of 354 million warrants.

Bankruptcy Fraud (Hiding true value of an asset from courts and creditors) is a serious crime...Not sure how many lawyers involved here are foolish enough to implicate themselves into such a crime. check out out and also go check out "strategic bankruptcy".

879. Bankruptcy Fraud—18 U.S.C. § 157

Time for a doobie...
