Honestly, whoever revoked Buffington and Nutter's shares just prior to C-11 will have the answer to your question. I say revoked because the exact total number of shares that they each acquired 1 year prior, were revoked less than 1 month before C-11. Note, insiders can't sell or buy shares on non-public information... The fact that there was a reduction in their holding tells me that

Nevada Copper only had 700,000$ cash in the bank per December 31 2023 Financials, I think some people here reading this have more in their personal bank account.
