Asset sale vs Share price sale & NCU value 10 yrs ago

I was wrong about McInnes Cooper potentially being involved in some capacity due to their expertise in oppression remedies. They have a tiny claim for about $4500 for services rendered back in May 2023.

Also, asset sale vs Share price sale offer different benefits for both buyers and sellers. You can see the difference via the link below (In case any layman without insider info is curious to know about this).

Look at the old interview in the Youtube link below. It’s probably the only remaining pieces of public evidence that highlights the non skewed market value of the pumpkin hollow project 10 years ago.

Interview highlights
  • Financial analysts were giving price targets between $5-$7 per share (There were about 80.4 million shares at the time of the interview (pre 10:1 stock split) which evaluated Nevada Copper between $420,000,000 - $588,000,000 10 years ago…
  • Founder of Nevada Copper discusses the buyout price of an unpermitted and similar size project that occurred back in June 2014 (12 cents per proven and probable lb of copper - Over 520 million USD sale price 10 years ago when the CAD and USD were nearly at par.

Still curious why Nutter and Buffington had their shares revoked just before the sale or why nothing has been posted on SEDI since the end of 2023 up until C-11…
