"....so what... thyme 2 move on...."   No kidding!  You have posted your negative opinion laced with supposition, assumption, and presumption over and over and over again.  We get it.  What we don’t get is why you keep wasting your time posting about a stock you have no interest in other than gloating over other people’s misfortune.  One really sick puppy!

"…over 40 companies looked at data and all came to the conclusion that assets were not worth moar that 130 million net....”      That is what we call an assumption, and one based upon no evidence what-so-ever.   How about this one?  Hudbay is publicly supporting local youth athletics in Yerington.  Why would they do that unless they intend to be in business here?

Tom, close your eyes and imagine you are a large copper prodcer, you sign the NDA  then send your top engineers and accountants to their data room.... your team figures what tbe asset is worth to you.... now you already know what the SH bid is ( its public),.   now if your calculated worth of the asset is lower than the SH, why would you put the bid in?..... u knead to get over ...more

btw, in my opinion the sale of the Pumpkin Hollow Mine by at this “bargain price” could be legally problematic under tax law if the sale price was intentionally set below the fair market value to avoid taxes. If the value of the mine was deliberately misrepresented, this could be considered tax evasion. Tax authorities should have high intrest to know the true value of this project and if the low ...more

slew, you never provided facts to me but a lot of insulting and unnecessary comments. Btw there hasn't been an "auction". There still is absolutely no transparency about the fair value of this project and a fair compensation. In my view, the small investors were properly pulled over the table. Therefore, your sarcastic remarks are at best suitable for general amusement. All I ...more

Tom, you say 'there hasn't been an auction'. But there was, indeed, an auction process, with a winning bidder declared.  As it turned out, the SH bid was the 'winning bid' because all the companies who viewed the data room concluded that the value of the project did not exceed the SH bid.  There could have been and would have been a more active and agressive auction ...more

" What in the world are you basing that conclusion upon ..."   The feasibility study that found PH to be economically minable.  I have challenged you on several occasions to provide an analysis of that study which shows any mistakes or errors in their conclusion.  You have never responded.
Comment by cnynman on Jan 08, 2025 10:38am
Dragonfly, I know of your 'challenges'. My response is to just look at the results.   The company failed to deliver. The deposit had issues beyond any of those described in your 'feasibility' study. All of which eventually came to light and ended with failure and bankruptcy. How can you keep pointing to that old, flawed and obviously erroneous document as the ultimate ...more

Current stockholders may prefer to cut out Kinterra, if any new buyer shows up. Pay Kinterra for their SH bid, and move on without them. Likewise, Kinterra may prefer to buy out the current shareholders if not doing so means they do not have clear title
Comment by cnynman on Jan 08, 2025 2:47pm
Kinterra has already 'bought out' the current shareholders.  That was the result of the bankruptcy and auction process.   Kinterra bought everything for the SH bid, and the 'shares' were reduced to zero value. Kinterra is absolved of all remaining financial obligation and liability to share holders at the time the auction and sale close. That is how bankruptcy works ...more

So far, do not see any proof to your claim that the shareholders have been stripped of all rights. Docket 1096 from 12-17-24 says the debtors are exclusively entitled to present Chapter 11 plans, through 01-08-25. So looks like the shareholders have been excluded from the proceedings so far. With no voice at all. Also, sounds like after today that shareholders will be granted a voice, ...more

If Kinterra is so sure they bought the mine, then why would they need multiple propagandists to promote their narrative and supposed legitimacy on this board?
Comment by cnynman on Jan 08, 2025 7:25pm
The handful of us on this board who are trying to be rational and point out facts as opposed to wishful fantasy have been saying the same things since well before Kinterra won the SH bid. I don't know anything about Kinterra, and certainly don't spew propaganda for them or anyone else. How come Tony Albanese, the chairman of Nevada Copper, did not warn the shareholders that Chapter 11 would mean shareholders were giving up all shareholder rights too? So the shareholders are the debtors? So why are the shareholders so eager to hand off the business to Kinterra without getting the best price? Why are the shareholders so eager to walk off with nothing? Sounds pretty fishy. Would be great if one of those proposed buyers decides to step up and buy the mine from the shareholders. Would also be great if Kinterra never gets clear ownership. So why ...more

“My response is to just look at the results.  The company failed to deliver.”   Yes, they certainly did!  But what we want to know is why did they fail.  Having watched and commented daily on this board for the last 13 years, I think I have as good an understanding of what has occurred as anyone outside the company.   You mock, ridicule, and show utter disdain for the ...more
