who did you talk to at SEC chicoga?... lol... just curious why Chicogo lol.... the market is very rarely wrong.... they were right on this one.... I always felt BCU was relatively open and honest with their press releases.... the bagholders on hear always said the bad news was irrelevant lol.... now u got burned and your response is that it must be a scam because its unfathomable that you are wrong.... lol . ...

  Give SEC Chicago a call. They will hook you up with the right person. Question is whether any shareholders got favorable treatment, or are secret investors in Kinterra. If so, then the other shareholders got cheated, and Kinterra needs to pay up, big league. Reason for SEC Chicago is because that is where the Chicago Commodities Exchange is located. Likewise, if any of the board members did anything to tip the business to Kinterra, then that is a violation of their fidicuary duties. Which also means that Kinterra needs to pay up. Looks like there are only around 50 million shares not originally held by insiders. So should be pretty cheap for Kinterra to pay up. yup talltale  just as I figured a tall tale inrefards to the SEC lol ... ASH bid is an inside bid, they get some special privilage when they nake a bid, and was selcted as a SH by ncu.... but the othe 40 companies that reviewed the data room after the SH bid decided to not bid higher than the SH.... u forget the biggest issue in this, eye will give u ahint.... just look in the mirror.... ur ...more
