Wow, this is a screaming buy!

PAS completes a non-brokered financing at 20 cents, with insiders participating, but the SP goes down to a 27% discount to the money raise. I think its safe to say that insiders know more about the business potential here, than investors. The financing is a bullish, investor-friendly signal. Anybody buying at current levels will be amply rewarded IMO.
