This financing is a horror for all. The ones who took the bait at 0.10, of course at the time I'm sure Evan was comparing it to the original 0.14 one, Evan himself how can he sell the 0.10 financing when the sp is hovering at 0.055-0.06? The existing SH who probably have an average price over 0.25 which is at least 400% higher than the current price. No contracts after having sold the idea of seller central was the game changer for a year, yes I know it's beta but did he ever mention there was going to be a beta period, remember he kept saying they were in constant communication with Amazon people. And the current financial situation dire or viable?
the best we can hope right now is he gives in again and does the next tranche at 0.07-0.075 which unfortunately will speak volumes. The second best is the 0.10 investors are given an adjustment and the worst is all this current financial endeavor is entirely cancelled. Yes we are there. It's often the case with emerging adventures, timing is not on their side.
