So Michael gives an interview with these people called "The Deep Dive", and again, begins to hint that he is looking into forming either a spinco or JV with partners to advance the exploration of the land mass that Exploits has under their control. Obviously, it costs big bucks to even bring the most promising sites thru the drilling stage, and with our sites set on the top five, our plate is full. There are several companies that thru CRES, he has linkage with. Those guys are in Newfoundland with properties and a strategy of pooling money and spreading risk might be timely as if any one of those properties is successful, there's plenty for all.

I do not like the idea of Joint Ventures YET. What's the rush? Take this one step at a time, the money will come. Is management looking for a world class discovery OR a steady paycheck?

CopperKing.... I think forming a JV with a well capitalized partner to explore and drill other areas of NFLD's property would be a great decision. You are right, it takes so much money to bring a mine to production, there is more than enough to go around in Newfoundland. Each JV they might form would add to the promotional base of sharesholders which could potentially lift the price of NFLD

What the H....... happened to the 3.5 million raised last summer. It's about time this company did a little less promotion, and a little more drilling. Judging from the recent past, it appears that the company burn rate far exceeds it's accomplishment. Kicking around a few rocks is no way to go through life. Time for this company to get off the pot. As far as the most recent financing...
