"t's not looking good for both Crest Resources Inc or Exploits Discovery Corp." I concur, as I have substantial investment in both. But, it sure looks good for Michael and the rest of Crest manaagement. Seems like it is never too late to find new ways to slice the old turkey. Audi.

I'm new to this board and just starting looking at Exploits Discovery stock. Please help with some insight into why todays announcement between Crest and Exploits is a negative. Thanks in advance.

I honestly don't get it. They've added additional stakes partnered 50/50 with Crest, but are otherwise the same company they were yesterday. Am I missing something here or is this just a spin/short play?

Crest managment has seriously screwed over it's shareholders with an announcement yesterday essentially stripping the company of a lot of value and just handing it over to it's circle. Why Exploit would do business with this lot is beyond me? We are getting pummeled because of our association with that crew. https://stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2021/06/02/crest-announces ...more

Management here had me very concerned a while back when they started talking about Joint Ventures BEFORE a drill ever started spinning. This told me they are out to feather their own nest at the expense of the shareholder. I sold almost 2 weeks ago. Bought more LAB & BRC.

There is nothing wrong with joint ventures with the size of land package they have.  Getting lots of drills turning should be the goal.  Some companies JV all their properties - it is a business strategy.  Whatever has happened in the last couple days at Crest will come out in the wash.  Just remember, someone is buying all the shares that people are selling.  ...more
