Lion Electric live on Benzinga's SPACs Attack

Three items.  The pertinent section starts at 8 min and goes till end.  Ian Robertson (I realized today) is one of the principals behind NGA.  He is the founder of AQN a company I have held for a long time.  Ian assured the audience that NGA2 will be seeking partners in green/renewable/ESG sector but will not be directly competitive against LEV. Thanks Dibah Good thing that NGA2 won't compete against LEV. In contrary, we can imagine that NGA2 will look for a company to merge with that can be complementary to LEV. Now I am asking myself if I should not sell part of my position in NGA (I'm up 90%) to switch into NGA2. Those guys know how to run a business... On the other hand, that could be dead money for months and I strongly ...more

Personnally I wouldn’t sell a single share. The story is just starting to come out. I’m keeping all my warrants even if up close to 400% and will be glad to convert them eventually.
