LEV: Total shares outstanding once it opens on NYSE?
I had sent an email to CEO Bedard asking the above. No I haven't had a response yet. But the piece in Journal gives us a rough idea, as a minimum. If you sum up the ownership of the six entities listed, it amounts to 136,860,000. A conversion ratio of 4.1:1 was posted here. (33.4m?) Currently there are about 40,000,000 O/S of NGA, which includes all of us.
You may well speculate what the opening price will be.
Cheers
p.s. The relationship between Ringuet & Fitzgibbon, admittedly a blind trust, has the potential of becoming suspect. I hope for the minister's sake it doesn't

couples4: Sorry to add to the confusion. I am looking at page 222 of " The Book" Authorized Share Capital LION: there are currently 31,133,273 Lion Common Shares (or, assuming completion of the Lion-Pre Closing Reorganization, 128,546,171 Lion Common Shares. Do let us know what you hear back from investor relations.

It looks a lot more like the numbers I had in mind.If we add to this count the shares from NGA(30 millions)we are at 160 millions shares. And I seem to have heard of a capital injection of $200 million, but it's vague.Wait to see if we have a response from management or PR

If I'm referring to the first news release when they announced the merger (November 30th)the share count should be at least 190 millions. It said:"The pro forma implied market capitalization of the combined company is $1,9 billion at the 10$ per share PIPE subscription price"
