More like someone is on the sell man. Asks at .01 now! People get pissed off when management doesn't return calls or emails. They decide to sell and leave. No one is interested in buying when it seems obvious the operation is in maintenance mode. It should be a mandatory law that all public companies must respond to investor inquiries.
