Does Anyone Know

Have tried to get a hold of Harold numerous times without any response back

Does anyone know what the plan is here?

Are they leaving this company as is with its various shareholdings or will the stock be consolidated?

Does anyone know if the company has any debt and if so how much it is as this could impact any plans they may have going forward?

One thing for sure is that they are not in the red.  Even though there are not cash rich, they do have a few hundred thousand in cash.  Also, they own about 1,000,000 shares of Mountain Lake Resources...trading in the 60 cents range.  Last week,  Mountain Lake and its partner Maraton discovered a grap sample of 113 g/t of gold.  NIS.a also own over 10,000,000 shares of ...more
