Upside with deal & dilution

I hope it is an all equity deal without debt.  Based on the past update.  They need $877M to finance the rest of the project.  They have about $77M in cash on hand.  So, they need about $800M.  If its all equity at $0.25 per share.

New value = value with current shares @ 0.25/share + $800M
                  ~ $200M + $800M = $1 billion @0.25.

However, based on the technical report at these low lithium prices - the NPV is $3.1 billion.   That implies a 3x upside.  That is roughly $0.75/share.

There will likely be an execution discount applied to the stock, so we will likely see the price between $0.50-$0.60 until the project completes.   This assumes the lithium prices stay flat.  If the prices go down, so will the share price.  If the prices go up, share price will follow.

Charlene, The money they need seem to change all the time. 375M. 600M and now 800M.? do you include the canceled bonds in the 800 M? then i agree with your numbers mas o menos. i am of the ipinion that the government could offer an interest free loan because they make alot of profit in selling electricity to nmx during the installation and later during the operation . And i am also convinced we ...more

Tcheck, that is right.  I am assuming that the bonds are cancelled... hence they need $800M.  All signs point to that.  An interest free loan would be great.  That would help the valuation.   However, I doubt they can acquire anything before they start making money/cash flow.

Charlene, what was your old alias before Nov.28 2019? Why did you feel the need to change it? Are you a Pumper that's ashamed of empty pumping? Give us your old alias please

You know who is sad? All long NMX investors in the past 4 years. Calgary is winning, we all lost our shirts.
Comment by RickHunter on Dec 01, 2019 8:03pm
Joeman do you sell your shares? If so yes you loose. As long the Nemaska company is listed and you keep your shares we lose nothing. Its a long term placement, not for 2 weeks, 2 years or 4 years..Tide will change in 2025, 2028 with electric car more on the roads. We are in the early days..

By 2025 your shares will be supper diluted to the point you'll have next to no value... you will see.
Comment by joeman on Dec 02, 2019 2:23pm
For sure I sold my shares, I listenned to Calgary and sold around 70 cents a share. Thank you Calgary! I bought a few recently at 17 cents and some at 25 cents but peanuts compared to what I already lost on NMX.

Thank yourself for being open to listening, you were one of my bashers before.... If you keep buying the dips and sell at .20 - 0.22 you might make some back from ur previous loss but be careful this thing is supper risky, it's like a timebomb never know when it goes off...and trust me it's not going to be to the upside...If you get a big upside push that is a manipulated upside and I ...more
