PWC assignment page

I am not a shareholder, so I will not go through the docs, but if you are concerned, go to this page and monitor it : PWC insolvency assignment. Follow the links at the top of the page. There is already some docs. All relevant proposal docs will be posted there. You can try to contact the trustee to get some informations, but do not expect much. And do not expect much for you shares. Saving the project, if possible, and paying the creditors is the goal of the proposal. Keeping common shares value is really not a real concern here. Sad, but you must understand this. I followed closely a CCAA for another co.. I can tell you it will be long and painfull. Prepare yourself to lose it all.

GLTA,

Tom

Thanks, TomKCam!  This document is very interesting as it provides more information on the bond terms.  Look at point 53, 54 and 55.  Looks like Nemaska should win the bond hearding in Feb 2020.    https://www.pwc.com/ca/en/car/nemaskalithium/assets/nemaskalithium-001_122419.pdf

regardless how the bonds work out...below is the very polite way they are not interested in investing in NMX...I am not convinced that anyone would be in the future... so if one company that did DD decided not to invest due to NMX not being fully unberden from previous BAD DEALS and BAD MANAGEMENT (commercial decisions of the past) who will? This one time shot not going through is an even less ...more

It is the Nordic's bond trustee's secured first claim of $100M US that is impeding efforts to raise capital.  If that is thrown away, then it makes it a lot easier to invest.... this is true for Pallinghurst and/or other investors.  If it isn't, then the situation gets more grim.  My investment and other retail investments go down the toilet.  The DD done by ...more

Lets assume: 1. Nordic bond will be resolved at no extra cost. 2. Management changed to capable one. 3. the past damage made by bad management decisions will be a burden... streams, penalties and cash burned already by bad management this can not be undone. To refinance the already burned cash is the hardest. To undo bad streams and deals also very hard to refinance. and all that assuming the ...more

Why would you assume anything or even care. You dont own it, have never owned it, and dont plan on owning it. I think you should spend more time on those you own than those you dont.  George

George I owned it and was an NMX supporter...GB decisions made me sell everything and glad I did... This is an open forum and I can do what I wish, you can also ignore...others do read my posts and do have a brain unlike you George...

CalAB, could you please confirm which Streams (BAD) you have an issue with? As far as I can make out, at the moment there is only one BAD Stream which is the Orion first tranche $75m, the second tranche $75 will not come into affect tomorrow. This entitles Orion to roughly 7% of future sales. NOT THAT BAD? Please confirm others? Thanks.... ;-)

Mick, all off takes can be viewd as and not classified as Streams NMX collected money, spent the money and now they have to deliver to pay back...contracts never specified the price they promissed to deliver at....is there profit left? Based on what I know so far, GB was not smart enough to make sure there is profit, he only cared about getting the money in at the time when he needed the funds ...more

Sorry CalAB, cannot buy it that an off take can be classified as a Stream. Doubt very much actual monies changed hands in the off take agreements, they are more like LOI's for future contracts. Don't you think NMX would have been highlighting how good they were if they got money up front for each off take agreement? Just as they did with the FMC one which is cancelled and now at litigation ...more

not going to go look for the nr's but I am pretty sure they got paid...and I am also pretty sure it's a big part of the production promissed already....that to me is not giving to NMX any open inventory to sell... and if they sold it for no profit or very little proffit then there is not much left for NMX to be interesting for anyone... don't know for sure but you can go check ...more

Sorry again CalAB, but you should really check before making statements in print. Some people actually believe what you are saying.... ;-) Again I'll state that the only up front payment NMX received for an off take as far as I'm aware was FMC / Livent which has now been cancelled (under litigation). The remaining off takes are LOI's without payment. As for as available production ...more

Mick, What changed? nothing for me...I voiced my opinions back then what I thought about the very stupid deals...the media and all the locals were praising it...I was always the opinion it was stupid to promise all your future production... Mick, one more thing that you don't know about how Canada works... The mine is on First Nations land. How much did NMX pay and or own the First Nations? Where is a readable Contract with the First Nations? What promisses did GB make? Will any new investor agree to those promisses? Do you think anyone would just buy NMX without checking those deals? There are way too many questions and not ...more

mick, anyone trying to argue and prove NMX has any life in it is not only brainwashed and asleep but also very very dumb... NMX will never come back nomatter how much you would like it to... CalAB... you were sometimes right, and sometimes wrong.... ;-) does that make you feel good.... ;-) As far as NMX never coming back, it's not went away yet so you are a bit premature... ;-) Think this means when you start talking about NMX in the 'present tense' again then we've got over this current hurdle.... ;-) When NMX do get their new financing fixed out, and I'm sure ...more

Charlene, advice for you. Read the whole doc. and try to be negative. then read it and try to be positive. then weigh the 2 and see what is heavier... I tried to be possitive but I don't see anything positive. and lets not forget this: NMX had a hard time getting financing when SP was $2.00 and only had around 300 or so million shares out...and LI price was over 20,000.
