Just wanted to let you know that I have contact a lawyer specialized in compagny insolvency protection (C-36).
After looking at PWC website (hearing minutes and all) he offered to represent me free of charge (for now) so that he can get some information during this restructuring phase.
He invited me to inform some other individuals investors (as an other lawyer suggested to find other bigger investors, could also helps)
Anyway, after saying all, I am very aware that there is a slight chance to see any penny back (as a small investors) at the end of this restructuring process.
Yet I guess that I'd rather act than talk for now and watch this game being played from the sidelines, for now anyway.
At this time there is no one representing small investors.
I know that this a public forum and that there is a lot of spam and trash talk going on here and there.
I personally own (with my spouse) just a little over 80k shares since 2014.
Anyway, reaching out today. I was thinking to use technology means to gather some information from interested actual small investors like me who wishes not to just stay on sidelines and who could part of that number of investors that (if together there is a will to go further) the judge will have to consider (possibly) before making his decisions.
As a way of gathering some basics shareholders information I was thinking of creating a general email box for who wants to share some info. As I am little aware of the personal information issues going on these days, please inbox me with suggestions on what could be the best way to proceed in that matter.
