mick...

that paragraph has been on the Pallinghurst website since the middle of January, at least. Might I refer you to a conversation with phantom666 regarding that exact paragraph on or about January 14th. And the first sentence about Nouveau Monde Graphite has been there since at least October! It'll be interesting to see what their next update says... lol  Do you really believe PG is still remotely considering this whole fustercluck?

Pallinghurst website today;

Pallinghurst has invested in the Canadian graphite company, Nouveau Monde Graphite, a company set to play a central role in the supply of battery materials in North America. We are currently in discussions to invest in and develop Nemaska Lithium, one of the world’s most attractive battery grade lithium assets, also based in North America

Tfunds - your point being....? Surely if the exact same wording is still on the website 'since the middle of January, at least' then the exact same position applies?

October 23rd website read; Pallinghurst has invested in the Canadian graphite company, Nouveau Monde Graphite, a company set to play a central role in the supply of battery materials in North America. We have also secured a unique opportunity to invest in Nemaska Lithium, one of the world’s most attractive battery grade lithium assets. Now it reads; Pallinghurst has invested in the Canadian ...more

What are you talking about? YOU ask this question: First of all, what makes you think Pallinghurst is still around? I kinda doubt it, their lengthy DD probably  told them to take leave. I respond by telling you as below, and then you say I should keep up? Bit of  FAKE  SH!T going on here .... ;-) GLTA longs

actually mick, my sincere apologies... should not have put those last 4 words on that post! The website will probably keep that sentence or something similar until the bitter end. Why exclude yourself if you can get the company for 10¢ a share rather than 25¢. Cheers mick, stay safe with that storm Dennis...

No worries Tfunds....nothing like some wild weather to make you feel alive.... ;-) I suppose it has similarities to having shares in a project like this.... ;-D

TFSA, From my conversation with London England, Pallinghurst's website is ALWAYS keep current. What most don't realize, is when NMX gets their sh!t together and gets the plant finished and producing Lithium Hydroxide, that they would be the worlds largest supplier. (45-50%) Now with at least 5 battery factories coming to North America, they would be tripping over themselves to get it from ...more

So phantom, why is Nemaska in such dire straits? You would think that the owners of those 5 battery factories would be "tripping over themselves" to ensure NMX exists to provide them with the hydroxide. What's wrong with this picture? Where are the investors??? How many "teaser" letters is NMX going to mail... lol

TFSA, my crystal ball fogs up once in a while, but who knows if it was a plan to get the 11.25% bonds out (all NMX holdings were used as collateral) seeing PG came in in July and the bond discharge filing was in Sept. Me thinks with the plant reengineering to produce more Lithium Hydroxide had a lot to do with a cost overrun. Don't forget the process extraction patent has never been ...more

no battery factory would invest in it... Why? because the way nmx made stupid deals....everyone wants LI but NMX doesn't have it, they promissed it already to others so why invest in it? in order to undo all deals NMX needs to be liqudated. Once liquidated new company (whomever buys it in Liquidation) will prosper and that is when I might buy in... ( :-D
