contact the company to get it could succeed if we manage to get in contact with mr . Mallette ,the chairman of the board and explain our need and desire to regroup all 25 000 small shareholders.
maybe we can do it with a fake lawyer .
after all we had one for so many years leading us the way as ceo ??? Is this a rumor or really true?
he was signing those contracts without having a clue what he was signing ? It showed .we got shrewd d .everyone realised it but couldn t put the finger on it. Due diligence has a limit .but if the board knew about it they are complicit. Are they not ? Who else knew ?

 

this mail list is private information i presume or property of the company .as part owners we probably have a right to it for certain uses related to shareholders issues .

Exactly.... here is the problem: so let’s say I am mick and fill in the form saying I have 465,000 shares...how do you know it's true? A lawyer would actually get the legal Proxies not just a form made by Anon...and a letter written by a desperate group...it would be a law firm letterhead written in legal format with some weight behind it. GET A LAWYER NOW or forget it and move on. and good

It seems to me that there are a lot of FAKE lawyers on this site....all giving free advice...dishing it out free and easy...and sitting on their  fat   behind. alcide you seem to be in contact with nemaska already according to your post in my opinion they cant refuse to collaborate when shareholders want to regroup and they should provide the possibilty of announcing this initiative through a newsletter  .like they would do to announce a general assembly or a vote . i expect them to help you in your endeavour willingly and i would say happily . the
