Current BOD has the following member. You would "assume" that if Softbank were not a significant shareholder, he would no longer have a seat as per the original agreement...

Shigeki (Sean) Miwa holds several positions concurrently within the SoftBank Group including Representative Director & CEO of SB Energy Corp. (from 2017), General Manager – CEO Project Office (from 2016) at SoftBank Group Corp., Board Member of the Renewable Energy Institute (from 2014), Representative Director & CEO of Bloom Energy Japan Ltd. (from 2013) and Director of Clean Energy Asia LLC (from 2012). Before joining SoftBank in 2011, he worked for Mitsui & Co. Ltd., from 1991 mainly in the natural resources and energy sector, based in Tokyo, Sydney and Brisbane.

Computershare just advised me that a certificate representing SoftBanks 83,729,011 shares is registered under SoftBanks name in Computershares books...... Thanks Phantom Your info seems to be more recent than mine . From now on I will be using as reference Computershare's certificate representing SoftBank at 83,729,011 shares or 9.9 %.

My latest research indicates that Softbook still has 76,287,090 shares in NL Inc. or 9% of Namaska Lithium Inc shares thus the second largest shareholder after Investissement Qubec. Our group with 42 million shares would come third and Blackrock 4th with 38.7 million shares.     9.00%

Alcide... care to fill us in as to what your latest research is? You say 76,287,090, yet phantom gets 83,729,011 from the horse's mouth, Computershare. phantom's figure is slightly less than 9.9%, SB's magic figure to stay under the radar so to speak. Your figure, however, appears to be exactly 9%... explain please! And provide references (or else your just blowin' smoke up peoples ...more
