The Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (commonly referred to as the "CCAA" or the "CC, double A") is a Federal Act that allows financially troubled corporations the opportunity to restructure their affairs. By allowing the company to restructure its financial affairs, through a formal Plan of Arrangement, the CCAA presents an opportunity for the company to avoid bankruptcy and allows the creditors to receive some form of payment for amounts owing to them by the company.

Tcheck... you seem to have a great deal of difficulty understanding what is written in english! At no point did I say it was a death sentence, did I? The company needs money and it needs a shitload of money to complete construction. Unless it gets those funds, how does Nemaska stay in business? No money to complete the mine, no raw materials, no lithium hydroxide, no revenue, no ongoing business ...more

NMX was not able to find proper financing when SP was $2.00 and only had 300 million shares out... what makes you think they will find now when it's delisted, insolvent, under CCAA and has almost a billion shares outstanding worth $0.00000000000000000000000001 ??? How is NMX able to get financed now after everyone knows all plans were wrong? Why would anyone be interested in buying GB's ...more
