CREDITOR CLAIMS

Hi, M.Takeactionnow, I would like to know your opinion on the creditor's claim process. For my part, i have a mixed opinion. I mainly disagree on the amount claimed per share. The price of 16.5 cents offered by the group is clearly insufficient when you consider the real value of the compagny. However, i would like to emphasize that representation by a lawyer in the restructuring process can be an asset for shareholders. I am thinking if i should join the group.

Thank you for your reply

M.Takeactionnow, thank you for your update, we all know that the global pandemic situation could become a problem for Nemaska to raise new capital, but when we look at the big picture, the compagny has successfully released 7 % of its production of the agreement with Orion, and above all managed to get rid of the claim with Nordictrustee. So if we compare the situation before and after the ...more

Here is another post where Takeactionanontiger admits the relationship with NMX... "from behind the scene" so answer this Takeaction: - 2017 to 2019, was it coordonated advertising (pumps) in communication and coordonation between GB, NMX, you and your themoneynarrativeBS site? - was there any money paid by GB/NMX to you or your business for advertising? - was there a share/warrant ...more

A formal complaint to the Securities Commission would generate an investigation... All the aliases and relationships would be exposed. Maybe a few would end up with feverish and coughing cellmates, or make some new friends in the showers... lol.

People are brainwashed to hate the once they should love...and love the once they should hate... I lost more than enough money in my life because of these Pumpers on markets...they are quick to disappear when they have to be accountable... Takeaction (Anon Tiger and many other names) are actually surprisingly stupid and I think is because his audience is stupid…but give him enough rope and ...more

GB and Takeaction are lucky I made money on NMX.... If I was one of the many losing money I would have been on the plane to Montreal back in Dec. 2019... but I really have nothing to complain....I did my job exposing them, it's up to the "LONGS losers" to continue..."everything is right in front of you" WAKE UP

TaN was it a mistake (from retail investors perspective) to dump GB / Pallinghurst sole bidder status? And do you think retail will be stitched up (or out manouvered if you want to put it mildly) by the Chairman / Minster Fitzgibbon JV? For me, the most recent comments by the Minister were not constructive or beneficial to the process and I still cannot find any evidence of whether the Charmans ...more

Tiger, if you say you are not Takeactionidiot, please answer these questions: 1. Why do you refer to him as Mr. 2. Why so much respect to the clear pumper that clearly pumped NMX in coordonation with GB? 3. Why always the 2 of you praise eachother and rarely post as answers to others with exception of bashing me? 4. How is it possible that always 2 of you happen to be online within minutes of ...more

Thanks TaN, any information whether it's gossip or otherwise is better than ''the sound of silence'..... ;-) Insofar as the group is concerned, to be honest I had no intention of joining and was quite prepared to take my medicine. But the one single thing that sold the idea for me was their goal of keeping the project public. My personal opinion is that I'm not interested in ...more

In case of dilutive refinancement, what is your expectation ? Bet 15 +/- 5 cents, make sense ?
Comment by mick1888 on Mar 28, 2020 5:31pm
Still expect Pallinghurst / Traxys at 0.25.... ;-)
Comment by bigkagan on Mar 28, 2020 5:57pm
I'll take it as long as we remain shareholders because the SP will grow as the business begins
Comment by TicTacTo on Mar 28, 2020 8:47pm
Since that need to refinance $430 millions bonds (principal + interest + penalty) ... 25 cents is past.
Comment by mick1888 on Mar 28, 2020 10:15pm
TTT I'm not so sure 0.25 is past. NMX have met their side of the bargain by getting rid of the expensive (11.25%) Bonds. The Pallinghurst / Traxys JV has $2B USD to invest in battery materials and as far as I am aware are not in discussions with any other project. That being the case, they in my book are still the leading contenders to take over this project and as they previously stated ...more

As a follow up - Pallinghursts manganese mine (Jupiter Mines) currently has 1.96B Outstanding Shares, SP 0.21AUD and its last dividen was 19.51% (0.04). This profile would in fact be similar to the model they would have with Nemaska if they were the main investor. It is obviously the best business model for them, and you can see why they would still be interested in Nemaska which would potentially ...more

Tiger, I've already joined the group and paid the 100CAD. But more importantly because of time limits I've put in my my unsecured claim through Pwc. I was exactly like you, unsure about the group or the claim, but nothing ventured, nothing gained.... ;-)
