So, all you environmentalists out there, (read Tcheck) what say you to the Federal and Provincial Governments taking over Nemaska... not buying it out, just taking 100% ownership and then developing the project to fruition? Your current status is worthless, so you're not losing anything, yet Governments will reap the benefit along with the environment!
Is that not a win-win scenario? Gov't makes money from revenue AND downstrean taxes. You folks are ecstatic because you're doing the environment good! You've been running on at the mouth for too long about the importance of lithium, so your past investment could be considered a "donation" to the wellbeing of the planet. And as a goodwill gesture, the CRA will even allow you to consider that "donation" to be a "capital loss"! Damn, doesn't that just make you happier than the proverbial "pig in sh!t"... lol
