Offers

Based on the Alain Clavet's post on the NMX Investor group FB page, it sounds like there are some serious offers on the table.  This makes sense now that the Li company valuations are shooting up.  It sounds like other Li companys are making offers... which also makes sense. They will be able to extract more value from NMX.    As shareholders, we should expect an offer above $0.50/share.  Good luck all.

50 cents will be great but doubtful to get more than PG offer, bet between 10 and 20 cents, offer close to last price at 16 cents already an excellent outcome.

Not so sure TtT, I think the Pallinghurst offer would be down near the starting blocks for the bidding race....long way to go before the finish line.... ;-) I know if I was extremely keen on buying something (lets face it they would have to be to fork out $1B) then I would want to make sure I still have a chance coming up the home straight (get into the auction). Will not cry if higher than 10-20 cents, reply in a few weeks. Most important is to avoid zero, quite rare within a LACC process for shareholders to not be wipe out
