Thanks Tiger. Not so sure I would take a negative from this in particular. He is only saying what he normally does, but interestingly enough he does reference 'taking possession' ahead of 'or the assets', which gives the impression he talks of new owners. And new owners could take many forms? Not so bad as it could be coming from that particular person..... ;-) GLTA longs

IQ is on the board of Nemaska, so they know all the bids. There is confidentially so even Fitzgibbon would not know the exact details, but when he sees his friend Guy Leblanc, there might be some insights he can speculate on. That he repeats again that he is sad about the faith of the shareholders is definitevely not a good news.

IQ is not on the board ... but they know everything anyway.

Ah, I thought when I last looked at the board (a few months ago) that they were there. But I only see Softbank. https://www.nemaskalithium.com/en/team/board-of-directors/

but there is a director on the board. He was notably Senior Vice President, Mines, Metals, Energy and Environment at the Socit gnrale de financement du Qubec, and Vice President at Investissement Qubec. He is a member of Qubecs Ordre des ingnieurs, graduated from lcole Polytechnique in Montreal.

The key is he WAS at IQ before... not now. So, IQ is not controlling this and has little power. The don't know all offers. The board's job is to act as a voice for shareholders. With eight bidders, it should go well for shareholders. We will likely know on Tuesday morning... or Monday evening.
