UR a dreamer loser. We're lucky if we hear anything by this date, extending the Stay Period until September 4, 2020

You can count on PwC/McCarthy Tetrault submitting a motion to extend CCAA stay period beyond September 4, 2020.

Why would they extend the date? The final bids are in. They planned it would take 2 weeks when they started the process. I'm surprised this was not announced today.

The target closing date was August 14/20 or a later date deemed appropriate. So early September seems right. The winning bidder has to get all its finances together, if not the next bidder that NMX liked,they will use as the backup bid if the winning bidder can’t close the deal. The public will only know the outcome when the judge is satisfied with the transaction and releases the keys to the new ...more

Application to approve a transaction was tentatively July 20, 2020 and the motion has not been filed. When will the court hearing take place? Target closing date tentatively August 14, 2020, yet the court hearing hasn't taken place yet. I believe, as my previous post indicates, PwC/McCarthy Tetrault will submit a motion to extend the CCAA stay period beyond September 4, 2020. PwC ...more
