There were 8 bidders at the beginning, but certainly not 8 at the end for the official/final bid. Maybe only between 1 and 3. The PwC report was before the final bids. Actually, the board of Nemaska was hoping for 2 or 3 at the beginning if I remember well.

At this stage, I would think Fitz knows about the offers. IQ is involved in the discussion and would know everything I assume. I don't see why Fitz would not be in the loop.

Perhaps there is only 1 offer left on the table which includes IQ/Fitz? That wouldn't be much of a decision for Judge Gouin to take. It behooves the Nemaska board to issue a press release asap!

Yes, maybe only 1 offer left on the table. The way Fitz says he went around the world and could not find investors, that looks that way. I guess it will be Pallinghurst who gets it for cheaper than the deal they had last year. A big win for them.

Fitz do not control SISP, not the cheaper bidders suppose to win, but all bids could be low :-(
