hey Bukko, we get the shares of the Residual Nemaska, it must be worth something and (b) the exchange of the common shares of the Corporation for common shares of Residual Nemaska Lithium, resulting in Residual Nemaska Lithium becoming a successor reporting issuer.

The residual comapny gets some assets not needed, liabilities not covered by the buyers and any cash in the bank after the company exitsCCRA. We wil have to wait till the 14th to see the final details, but we may get a few cents, depending on the board of directors on the residual nemaska lithium
