Who's bid actually won?

Did IQ actually bid in a JV with Pallinghurst? If not what was the winning bid? It couldn't have been much? If it was a JV with IQ / PL / Orion from the start was this made clear during the bidding process as was required by the SISP rules? I hope the RAN lawyer is silent for a reason and is looking into such queries?

i think it was a show process with a fake bidding process . indeed where are the other bids in the running . a small but useful piece of information :) it is all too strange for words of course they bid since their proposal was approved by the board . but the board who are they . i thought the decision was in the hands of an independent judge . i think we should stop it at the board level ...more

The NR wasn't very clear on what happen but this is what I understand happened: The winning bid was PAL (maybe in partnership with Orion) The amount was not enough to cover the debts and secured creditors. IQ upset for not getting anything... Reconstruction of the deal begins, that’s why the delay… Residual NMX created – Put the bid money in account  – pay out the debts and secured ...more
