is the term you are looking for Calgary. Get in there fast and hard while they're down and reeling! Class actions of this nature are generally done via contingency fees, not through donations. I very much doubt any reputable legal firm would want to litigate this fustercluck. But I guess you can make a pretty good living off of "donations". Like the panhandler on the street corner or squeegee kid at the intersection... only this one has a bank account for electronic deposit rather that the palm of a hand! lol

he'll get money from really big shareholders with millions of shares to lose, not like minnows like me with 20,000 shares although it also hurts

think of it, if they got $100 from 2,000 people that is $200,000 and it cost them nothing to create a FB page and maybe $2,000 for a few local paper adds. Why did they not go for a class action from very beggining? They asked for unreasonable terms knowing will never go anywhere and preparing to open a new group later for a second Donation "Class action" knowing it will not go anywhere.. ...more

and if you search Dalesio, he was involved in a number of these in the last 10 years....hmmm makes you think... I see a group of people in QC that invent these "excelent idea" companies, go public, pump and dump for a few years and get out, when the company goes broke they create these "Shareholder groups" collect some donations from pi$$ed investors and control protect their ...more
