dalesio - how goes the Class Action? I would assume I am a member of the group as I have participated in the pre action funding, but as I am not on FB, there is no way I can check for progress. An update via email would be appreciated.

I believe you have received e-mails from the RAN board. Additional update (s) will be provided to shareholders. Shareholders are included in a potential class action by default unless they opt out or are class action defendants. these shareholder class action lawsuits can last many years, I remember the Nortel's lawsuit in which I took part, it took several years and I think I got $500 or so in the end. I hope Vic Cantore and Shenker will appeal again, they have money to do lawsuits and usually guys like that don't like to lose
