Vic used to own the mine originally and he's mad as hell. They can't even close the damn deal, today is the last day according to some people here to close the deal

Bigkagan usually has things out of whack ... today Nov. 16, 2020 was the CCAA stay of proceedings expiry which no doubt will be extended to into December 2020.

-- As I indicated in both private Facebook groups, the Nemaska CCAA stay of proceedings was indeed extended to January 15, 2021. -- Sixth Extension Order dated November 16, 2020 -- nemaskalithium-086_111720 -- https://www.pwc.com/ca/en/services/insolvency-assignments/nemaska-lithium-inc/court-orders.html

this guy Vic Cantore is the head of the Bay Capital whose client was Nemaska, he was even answering e-mail inquiries about Nemaska until Nov.15. It has 45 employees and $9 mil. revenues, so it's quite a decent brokerage firm. And I guess they have some plans for Nemaska themselves
