Further Appreciation on Analyst Recommendation

We need a positive recommendation from one of two analyst to continue the price momentum.
this has been dead money for so long and Glencore influence is not helping.  Don' think we will see a dividend soon but at 1.4X book this is a cheap stock.  Yes it is a cyclical but outlook is improving especially if trade war winds down.   Assume it will climb on the promise of continued profitable operation and the hope for dividend reinstatement.  Would look to sell in the $2.70 range based on 78% retracement on the last dividend hope spike in April of this year.

Don't use book value as the previous CFO aggressively wrote down the asset based on concern of availability of concentrate. We know that is currently bull shirt, yet we haven''t seen them increase this. If you were to build a plant greenfield like this, it would cost more than 1 B$. Minimum fair value (and I use this term lightly) is 500 M$. You can sell in the 2.7 range, but this ...more

Zinc requires a lot of power to tranform into metal, so electricity is the main operating cost. Quebec is home to cheap hydro power thus CEZ is located in the best jurisdiction there is for industrial power - right along the seaway, a bit upstream from the Beauharnois dam.
