in November y over year. Maybe refiners are getting the idea to stop producing at a loss

Maybe the CCP has instructed them to do so......that seems to be how it works over there.

What? The CCP interfere in a free market? Never (lol) Lets just say after my research with Dr Google and various articles, untangling how the electricity market works in China is as easy as trying to starighten Boris Johnsons hair.
