Lau/Qwest/LM Asset Fund now controls 11.61% of NIF units
As a result of the 800,000 unit purchase on April 13,2022 Lau/Qwest/LM Asset Fund (which are related parties) collectively owns and/or exercises control and direction over 4.35million NIF Units,(11.61% of the the outstanding units).

Patience can be bitter, but its fruit very sweet. I wonder if they will be able to help us unlock the full value of NIF? Seems like a passive investment. Too bad Elon doesn't buy in and start talking 4.20, but I am happy that someone else recognizes this value.

Curious they put out a PR and suggests LM has an activist angle. PM is a lawyer by background. Not much of a public background to judge them on. Welcome to Hotel California. They've probably been ~50% of volume the last six months so are setting the market price.
