Not only that, these shareholders have a plan to out the new directors in place. i suspect most people pledging their shares on this board last week will support this proposal- myself included.  Noranda is now "in play". While i appreciate the qualifications of the proposed directors and believe rhey would improve operations, i suspect that this might be the trigger for

I guess we now know why the share price had been moving up. Happy get rid of the useless independent board day, to those who celebrate. Could a new board fire the current managment, that would also be great?
