Special meeting

Has there been any word yet on the special meeting to choose BOD to align with interests of shareholders?

We are on December 7th, the meeting will most probably be in 2023.

Noranda had 21 days to respond.  If they do not , then the other shareholder group can call for a meeting to change the board composition.  Will probably be well into 2023.

Can you clarify what you mean by if they do not respond.  They indicated in their press release dated November 24, that they will respond.  They also announced a very dramatic change in  their operating policy.  They, "wish to assure unitholders of their unwavering commitment to the best interests of the fund and its unitholders." https://www.stockwatch.com/News ...more

What I should have said is if the company does not call a meeting, then the disitent shareholders can.
