If we hold steady, we can get people on the board that will align with our investment and we can probably push for an investigation into glencores back shady deals with the past boards. Besides, they are trying to steal the shares. If they were serious, they be offering much more.

agreed. this is just an opening offer and it will be raised a few more times. i will not support this bid thats fir sure.
