Volume Comment - Director Voting
Jan 27th is the record date for unit holders to vote in the election of new directors on March 28th.
Today being the 27th, we see some pertty low volume (2500 shares as of this note) compared to relatively higher trading volume over the past month.
Looks like all those buyers of shares at $1.39 - 1.40 were buying with an eye to vote on teh directors.
Vote: No to the buyout. Yes to 4 new directors.

I will definitely be voting no to the offer and yes for new board of directors
