Received nothing by mail for the vote. Called Kingsdale Advisors who are handling the vote for a Control Number who sent me one that did not work so had to contact my broker who had toread the text of the "Arrangement" so that I could vote by phone. Of course Kingsdale are all so Pro-Glencore and how they are saving the SHs from doom!!! I will take this to 0.00 rather than give up for $1.40 to GLC.
SP and volume up lately if anyone noticed. So what does all this mean? Is there another party positioning for a better offer? My vote is "anyone but GLC."

I would have to think that CEZ may well be of strategic value to Glencore as a future ongoing source of significant revenue but only if they can get at all the profits (legitimately). Not sure how they might best achieve this (with all their muscle and legal wit) but I would think that it involves somehow taking out the "trust unit" by buying out the unitholders  ......making a case ...more
