Voting cut off to log in and change your vote to yes

We have until tonight to log in to proxy vote .com and change your vote. The cut off is by February 23, 2023 11:59 p.m. EST.
I would like love for the increased offer to be higher but it appears that this is the best we will get. The dissident group has undoubtedly done everything possible to get the offer increased.

They have supported the new offer.
We have little choice but to do so as well.

How do you know they have supported the new offer? I am not changing my vote, 2 bucks is still not enough.  If the Glencore has been talking to just the dissident group that is clearly illegal.  Presumably if the dissident group supports the offer they will come out with a press release.  I think ethically they are compelled to do so. Eric have you have a way of getting into ...more

I will certainely vote no and i still invite everyones to vote no. I DO NOT currently understand why they decided to join the "Additional Supporting Agreements" as somes of them did buy share for over 2 $...    It's smell VERY bad. I will make sure tonight that my vote is still selected as i want. But i do not know if i will support the change on the board if this ...more

Is this the CFO posting? Never posted before
Comment by Stocker55 on Feb 23, 2023 3:40pm
Nope, just a regular shareholder like the rest of you who figured this was the best we would get. How anyone votes is none of my business, just posted the info because I though it would be helpful to anyone who did not understand that an already cast vote could be changed.

Just a regular shareholder would not keep trying to get everybody to except the status quo. The only time you lose is when you accept or sell a little bid The company is willing to pay this because they know in the next few months things are going to start rocking and rolling for noranda, and the stock price is going to go up, and if we get board members more aligned with the shareholders ...more

Respectfully; as a common shareholder myself. Glencore has gotten the dissidents to commit to teh new price and they ahve pledged their shares. That 22% of the 66% that get to vote on the buyout and its ALL in the PR....which we probalby all shuodl have read before posting here today.  The proposed NEW directors are teh very same people that have pledged their shares; so they will NOT be ...more
