Financials

Anyone have a problem with the numbers? For me, it looks like a nice improvement pretty much across the board.

Feeling a bit better about the competitive position.

Happy with these results....operating through pandemic, record inflation, conflict/war, supply chain issues....the company is progressing. Raising revenue guidance to a range of $120-125 million from $115-120 million previously, for fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, implying revenue growth of 27-33%

So far, we have one out of three very near term accomplishments which has been achieved y NanoXplore C-suite executives. As I told Will101 very early this morning tinkvid, there also exists a second requisite answer to be provided for NanoXplore "minority" shareholders. After all, we know that insiders know what comprises the entirety of the answer in question and so too should we ...more

I do not see why people put a lot of faith in Martinrea. The stock has done nothing the last 10 years! Nothing at all! So as a shareholder of GRA, i truly hope Soroush does not base his decisions on Wildboer's opinion. MRE is an industrial stock trading at 0,3 time sales. GRA has to maintain its premium valuation by maintaining the perception that it is a technology stock. So again, the ...more

Hello Will101 Part of what Martinrea International representatives have done recently is to have ensured that Martinrea banked more NanoXplore shares, a achievement which amounts to a nearer to 10X return on it's investment in the VoltaXplore enterprise. Martinrea is the only NanoXplore shareholder that can claim such a success - we sure as heck can't. Perhaps that was just another " ...more

"There was likely no Q&A session involving investors and the analysts likely waited for their exclusive invitation to a private 3 hour meeting which could have taken place afterward, in order to exclusively ask any other questions of  NanoXplore management." While I believe that all those asking questions after this mornings presentation were professional analysts, the company& ...more

Hello Dumont You asked "Do you, 1Student, have any information of some three hour Q & A ,open presumably only to  insiders and large institutional investors ? You have inferred that general view in some of your past posts, but I never saw any such evidence." I have to ask whether you've been listening to NanoXplore confernce calls since the company representatives ...more

You are correct, 1Student, that the company did not seem to take full advantage of previous quarterly conference calls to open a full two way dialogue with stakeholders, but this last meeting seemed a sincere effort to correct that. It just seemed that the shareholders were not prepared for the improved format.  Maybe next time ! Somewhat surprised that there has been so little in the way ...more

What needs to be said simpy must be said Dumont. 1Student suggests that , "If NanoXplore officers and directors want redemption in the eyes of those they previously could care less for, they are going to have to work hard to attain such redemption and to have "the street" bidding up NanoXplore's share price. They can start by announcing some follow-up company news immediately  ...more

LOL! ". . .  pull some intrinsically positive news out of his "a-s". Well said Dunmont. My comments were more intended to address past failings on the part of Mr. Nazarpour &Co and why the NanoXplore share price is not responding as perhaps expected. As I said, what needs to be said regarding past failings and precisely the methodology utilized by or on behalf of ...more

As much as I enjoy your thoughtful comments on Nanoxplore and related subjects,1Student, I still cannot agree with your opinion that Soroush actively works, at times, ignoring the interests of "minority" (read smaller ) shareholders to the benefit of insiders and large shareholders. The screw up around the huge runup to $9 a couple of years ago and subsequent complete retreat to current ...more

I believe the Right Honourable John Diefenbaker had more influence  over the decision to scrap and drown the Avro Arrow prototype. Just one more reason I start to shudder when the Politicos make serious , financial decisions. In any case, new low on volumes: 9000 shares traded on TSX...... but up a penny!

You are kidding Dumont? Perhaps you learned of that opinion from some google search instead of directly from the words of the then U.S. President, Dwight D. Eisenhower Forget your "Right Honorable" Douchenbaker Dumont. Whoa, there 1Student !  While it might be fun to go down some of these "rabbitt holes" with you, I do think we are veering somewhat off topic......that would be Nanoxplore, Soroush , and where we are going from here.....and when we hope to get there along with a share price reflecting fair value. As for Avro Arrow and the former Prime Minister.....too bad, opportunity lost ...more

No rabbit holes; just inconvenient "truths" Dumont. What about Soroush, NanoXplore and where the company's share price would be made to go from here would you like to know Dumont? Obviously we note everything is dependent upon, amongst other factors, when NanoXplore representatives announce additional company milestone "tangible deliverables" and what level of " ...more

I can appreciate what Pedro Azevedo, Chief Financial Officer, stated Dunont.  “Another solid quarter is behind us and our momentum to profitability continues . . .” Quarter over quarters adjusted positive EBITDA, expected to be leading to a full year of adjusted sustained positive EBITDA "profitability" and a blowout Q4/2023 and year end financial report for NanoXplore  ...more
