Regarding Patrice McNicoll holding Catherine Loubier shares

Looks as though we have Los Angeles- based Patrice McNicoll, Co-Head of investment Banking at B. Riley Securities taking up investment in NanoXplore on behalf of Catherine Loubier, a former diplomat, former senior advisor to Canada's 22nd Prime Minister and NanoXplore Director and the company's primary liaison with the Canadian and U.S. Federal, state and provincial government entities likely to be directing capital grants and capital investment toward NanoXplore and the for now 100% owned VoltaXplore enterprise.

You can bet Patrice McNicoll is well capable of drawing in some serious American based investment banking firms to precisely what is slowly being unfolded here with NanoXplore.

As I have suggested, those index fund investments managers and their high net worth clients may be made to be receiving all the right signals and perhaps Patrice McNicoll, Co-Head of investment Banking at B. Riley Securities has just sent up just such a signal people.

Will be looking to average up again. Q4 results in September so could get another good opportunity through a heavy travel summer.

Not me. I could be looking to average down, i.e. should the NanoXplore share price continue on the present trajectory tinkvid. I'm thinking I can get filled at roughly CDN$2.60 before this slow and steady sell-off is complete.

* Port Of Vancouver strike - 7th Day * Impending United Parcel Service Strike - Aug 1  * United Auto Workers talks begin today * BOC rate increase today? Anything can happen but Loubier's hubby buying at 3.32 on her behalf is very good sign IMO

As a new Board Member, is she not obligated to hold some shares ? in any case, with that buying out of the way, market for Nano shares seemed quite prepared to resume slide again despite the fact that all analysts seem quite to very positive on the company. seems to me there is too much focus on the Voltaxplore part of Nano, and not enough on the multitude of opportunities of new Graphene demand.

Catherine Loubier is not "the holder" of the shares; Patrice McNicoll is. Because the two are related (husband and wife apparently), Catherine Loubier being a NanoXplore director and insider must file the transactions with SEDI lire01. Catherine Loubier is not obligated, as I understand it to be the case, to hold a single NanoXplore share. Although, the optics certainly are better when ...more

Couldn't agree more, 1Student. And you probably correct about Nanoxplore Board members and any requisite share ownership, the fact that her husband bought shares does demonstrate some confidence.

Confidence indeed Dumont. We have Los Angeles- based Patrice McNicoll, Co-Head of investment Banking at B. Riley Securities, taking up a roughly $240,000.00 investment in NanoXplore. We have Catherine Loubier, a former diplomat, former senior advisor to Canada's 22nd Prime Minister. We know Catherine Loubier is a NanoXplore Director and likely the company's primary liaison with ...more
