NorthernTaco, First off, you know as well as anybody could that Mr. Rocco Marinaccio exercised options, he vested of 680,000 shares and then he sold all 680,000 those January 29th vested GRA.T shares, doing so via privately broker dealers arranged for and privately facilitaed transactions. Mr. Marinaccio supposedly did not keep any low share price access to nor any degree of control and direction
